Step 1. Find the “Share” option
Open your presentation in the editor and locate the “Share” button in the upper right corner next to the download option.
Click it to open the sharing panel.
Step 2. Generate and control the sharing link
Inside the sharing panel, you can create a shareable link and adjust its availability.
You can choose whether the link is open or closed, and decide who can access it, such as anyone with the link or only yourself.
Access permissions can also be set. Viewers can be limited to viewing only or allowed to view and download the presentation.
For additional control, you can enable a password to restrict access.
Step 3. Share the link
Once the settings are configured, copy the generated link and send it through email, messaging tools, or other platforms.
Recipients can open the presentation directly in their browser based on the permissions you set.
Step 4. Track engagement with Analytics
After sharing, go to the Analytics tab to monitor activity.
This section shows data such as the number of visitors and visits over the last 7 days and last 30 days, helping you understand how the presentation is being accessed.
