AiPPT Agent is easy to use for both professionals and novices. Here we will give you a full guide with all the steps, and you can take it up as soon as finishing reading.

Step 1. Enter Your Topic.

Here you can enter your topics. It is always better if your prompts are clear and specific. If you don't know how to write standard prompts, you can click the light bulb icon in the upper-right corner to get an example.

Step 2. Choose a Mode.

You can choose to use the Lite, Standard, or Ultra mode to create a presentation. There is one thing that needs attention: the Standard and Ultra modes are only for subscription users.

Step 3. Select Skills.

You can choose the provided templates and expert skills for visuals and content from the skill galleries. Or, you can upload your skills first and use those to create a presentation.

Step 4 (Optional): Upload Files.

If you prefer to convert a file to a PPT, such as converting an image to a PPT, instead of converting it into skills, you can directly upload a Word, PDF, PPT, Excel, or JPG file by clicking the clip button in the lower-left corner. Please make sure this file is 20 MB or less, or it cannot be uploaded.

Step 5. Answer Some Questions.

If your prompts are not clear enough to let the Agent give a qualified presentation, it may ask some questions, such as how many pages you need, what occasion you are going to speak at, which language you prefer, etc.

Then, the Agent will start making your presentation and automatically finish the tasks, including collecting information, generating images, designing the layouts, and checking the content.

Step 6. Give the Adjustment Advice.

When you get the presentation, you can preview every slide and see what needs adjustment. The best thing is that you do not need to edit it yourself, but enter your advice and let the Agent do it.

Step 7. Export the Presentation.

After all the adjustments, you can click "Download" in the upper-right corner to export this work. In this download pop-up window, you also have some options:

  • File Format: PPT, PNG, PDF, or HTML.
  • Page Ranges: All pages or Custom pages.
  • Resolution: 1x, 2x, 3x.
  • Rename: Keep the title that the Agent gives or rename it to another.
