Here are 2 ways to use skills in the Agent. One is uploading yours, and another is choosing our provided skills.
Method 1. Upload Your Skills
When it comes to uploading your skills, there are also 3 ways you can choose: upload a skill package, upload a PPT or PDF for a skill package, and upload references to create a skill package.
1. Upload a Skill Package
If you have used skills that include all your requirements for this presentation, you can upload them to the AiPPT Agent and save them as a model.
After you upload the skill package, the Agent may ask you to use these skills for visuals or content. Then, it will be installed in your skill gallery.
2. Upload a PPT or PDF for a Skill Package
You are allowed to upload PPTs or PDFs, such as a standard template given by your school, company, or organization.
After the upload, the Agent will analyze the content and form a skill package, including the metadata and presentation canvas, pages, theme, and components, for you to replicate the uploaded presentation.
This package will also be saved in the skill gallery, so you can use it directly next time.
3. Upload References to Create a Skill Package
If you don't have mature, existing skills, but there is a reference file that can illustrate your requirements for the presentation, you can upload this file and let AiPPT Agent create a skill package.
After uploading, you can enter what you want the Agent to do for you with this file, so it can extract skills. Don't worry about unprofessional expression, since the Agent may ask you some questions if it cannot understand your deep needs.
Method 2. Select a Provided Skill Package
It's OK if you don't know what skills are or how to create them. AiPPT Agent offers many skills for you. They are divided into two galleries: Template Gallery and Expert Gallery.
1. Template Gallery
It refers to a presentation template gallery. Thus, it focuses on the visual design. You can choose a product roadmap deck template, travel journal deck template, enterprise SaaS deck template, etc. After the selection, you can enter what you want this presentation to be about, pages, target audience, or use scenarios to let the Agent produce a presentation.
2. Expert Gallery
It is more about the methodology, which decides the text content. You can choose to let the Agent be an education expert, consulting expert, PM expert, etc., and then it will give you more precise and rich content.
Of course, you can choose a template skill package and an expert skill package to make sure your presentation is not only impressive in appearance but also informative in content.
