AiPPT.com allows files from Google Drive to be used directly without downloading them first. The process is integrated into the same workflow as document upload, so the steps remain consistent.
Step 1. Go to “Import Document”
From the main dashboard, select “Import Document.” This is the entry point for uploading or importing any file.
Within this section, you will see an available resource option labeled “Import from Google Drive.”
Step 2. Connect and select a file
Click “Import from Google Drive” and sign in to your Google account if required. Once connected, you can browse your Drive and select the file you want to use.
This step allows you to access cloud-stored documents directly, without downloading them to your device.
Step 3. Import without downloading
After selecting a file, AiPPT.com imports it directly from Google Drive. The file is processed in the same way as a locally uploaded document, which keeps the workflow simple and consistent.
Step 4. Convert the file into slides
Once imported, the system analyzes the content and extracts its structure. Headings, sections, and key points are organized into a draft outline.
You can review and edit this outline, then choose a template and generate the presentation.
Summary
Files from Google Drive are imported through the “Import Document” section, then processed using the same workflow as uploaded files. This approach removes the need for manual downloads while keeping the conversion process straightforward.
