When using AiPPT Agent to create a presentation, all the images are AI-generated. If you need to show your own pictures or change the images, there are 4 ways you can do this.
Option 1. Let the Agent Generate a New Image
If you don't have a suitable image on your device, you can let the Agent generate one for you and put it in the right place. Since the images are created by AI, you don't have to worry about copyright, which is safer than downloading an image from the Internet.
The operations are easy. You just need to open the chat and enter your requirements for the image. For example: "Generate an image of a building with wings and windows, styled to match the deck with an earth color palette. Place it on the right of Page 12 and leave space for the text blocks on the left. No text or logos."
Option 2. Upload the Image to the Agent and Let it Place
If you already have a target image but don't know where to place it on the slide, you can let the Agent do it for you.
Step 1. Open the chat. If you cannot find it, you can click the Sidebar icon to hide the taskbar and show the chat.
Step 2. Click the Pin icon and select the image from your device to upload.
Step 3. Enter the requirements of the position and size of this image, such as "Insert this image on Page 02. Close to the right side of the slide title, but don't cover any character. The size should be as big as the title character".
Step 4. The image will be placed in the place where you point to and in the size that you prefer.
Option 3. Select the Image and Replace It
If you prefer to change the image manually, you can use the Replace button.
Step 1. Navigate to the slide that has the image you want to alter, and click it to select it.
Step 2. Click the Replace button (like a picture).
Step 3. Click the purple Replace image button.
Step 4. Upload your image from the device.
Step 5. When the replacement is successful, your image will be placed in the original position with the same style.
Option 4. Insert Image from Local
If you want to place your image in a new position, the Agent also supports inserting an image.
Step 1. Navigate to the slide where you want to insert an image.
Step 2. Click the Image button in the upper taskbar.
Step 3. Choose a preferred way to upload your image.
- Drag the image from the desktop and drop it into the upload box.
- Click the upload box and select the image to upload.
- Click the purple Upload From Local Drive to upload.
Step 4. Resize, reposition, or rotate the uploaded image to make it meet your needs.
