AiPPT.com allows subscriptions to be canceled from the account settings. The process depends on how long it has been since the payment was made.
Step 1. Open the subscription settings
After logging in, click your avatar in the upper right corner and go to Account Settings.
In the settings page, open the Subscription tab. Here, you will see your current plan details along with a “Manage” button.
Step 2. Select “Cancel subscription.”
Click the “Manage” button, then choose “Cancel subscription.” Then you will be redirected to the cancellation page on Stripe, where you can follow the instructions to complete the process.
Step 3. Understand access after cancellation
After cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Once your account expires, it returns to the free version. Existing presentations remain accessible, though some advanced features may no longer be available.
