Credits power everything you create on AiPPT.com, from generating a full slide deck to touching up a single image. This guide explains what credits are, how they get used, and how to get more when you run low.
What Are Credits?
Credits are virtual goods provided by AiPPT.com. You spend them to use features across the platform, and you can obtain them through paid top-ups inside the product. Each credit is valued at $0.006.
What Consumes Credits?
Three things draw from your balance while a task runs:
LLM tokens: These cover task planning, intelligent decision-making, and content generation.
Third-party API calls: Some tasks reach external services such as financial data sources or professional databases, and those calls carry a cost.
Premium capabilities: Certain advanced features consume credits when used.
The exact amount a task needs depends on its complexity and how long it runs, so the cost is calculated dynamically. If a task fails because of a technical problem on our side, the system refunds every credit it consumed, no request needed.
Our team keeps working on performance improvements, and as the system gets more efficient, tasks will cost fewer credits over time.
How to Get More Credits
Free users can upgrade to a Plus or Pro plan for a larger monthly allowance. If you're already a member and still need more, credit packs are available for purchase.
One thing to note: only Plus and Pro subscribers can buy credit packs.
Which Credits Get Spent First?
Your balance is consumed in this order: monthly credits, then free credits, then credit packs. Within each type, credits closest to their expiration date go first.
Do Credits Expire?
Monthly credits come with your membership and refresh every 31 days from your purchase date. Any monthly credits left unspent when the cycle ends are cleared, so it pays to use them.
